Rosa Pannitto is a native Staten Islander who maintains a private practice that primarily consists of Family Law, Matrimonial Law and Real Estate matters. Ms. Pannitto received her Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School in 1992 and her B.A. in Italian Literature from New York University in 1989. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in both states as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. Pannitto is currently a member and CLE program co-chairperson of the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association as well as a Past President of the Association. She is also a member of the Richmond County Bar Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, Columbian Lawyers Association- 2nd Department, and the Catholic Lawyers Association of Brooklyn. She will begin volunteering as an arbitrator in Small Claims Court in Staten Island in the near future.
In the community, she is a member, a Board of Director and the Parliamentarian for the National Federation of Italian American Societies and a member of the St. Benadicta Society in Staten Island.
