Teresa R. Nuccio currently serves as a Principal Law Clerk to a New York State Supreme Court Justice. Prior to joining the New York State Court System, Ms. Nuccio was in private practice in Brooklyn and Staten Island since 1995 with an emphasis on personal injury and property damage and has served as an arbitrator for the Small Claims Court of the City of New York since 2001. She has also taught students with severe disabilities in a public middle school. Ms. Nuccio earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, M.Ed. in General and Special Education from Hunter College and B.A. in Political Science from The College of Staten Island. She is currently a Board Member of the Richmond County Bar Association and previously served as a Board Member for the Columbian Lawyers Association of Brooklyn. She has also been a member of the Boy Scouts of America since 2006 mentoring scouts as a merit badge counselor and leader, as well as served as a treasurer for eight years for a scout unit and currently as the Chartered Organization Representative.
