New York State Courts E-Filing (NYSCEF)

For The Public

New York State Parent Education and Awareness Program
This Certified providers statewide help the separating or divorcing parents better understand the effects of their breakup on their children. The program, which in many cases is free, offers parents practical skills to help their children adjust to their new family situation.

Court Interpreters
The Court Interpreters help New Yorkers participate fully in our courts regardless of language and hearing capacity. The court system provides interpreters in more than 100 languages.

Court Forms (Free)
Forms can include family law, uncontested divorce, civil legal matters such as name changes and probate matters.

Divorce resources, including divorce forms and glossary of terms.
