Rosa Pannitto is a native Staten Islander who left private practice after 25 years to become the Principal Court attorney for the Honorable Barbara I. Panepinto.  She formally maintained a private practice that primarily consisted of Matrimonial Law and Family Law.

Besides SIWBA she is also a member of the Richmond County Bar Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, Columbian Lawyers Association, Catholic Lawyers Association of Brooklyn and a member and past president of the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association.

In the community, she is a member, a Board of Director and the Parliamentarian for the National Federation of Italian American Societies and a member of the St. Benedicta Society in Staten Island.

Rosa served as SIWBA President for the term of 2019 - 2020
